Sick of these outrageous rents - it's not sustainable!

I can’t believe the landlord wants $2800 for a bachelor! How is anyone supposed to afford this? Just viewed 15 places and they were all taken within hours. I’m so sick of bidding wars and seeing $400 increases every year. This market is impossible!
