Condo Board Rental Restrictions Are So Frustrating!

I'm really frustrated with all these condo rental restrictions! It seems like every building I look at has strict condo board rules that limit tenants, like no guests allowed or amenity restrictions. Are these rules even legal, or is it just a way to discriminate against renters like me?
