Rents are sky-high, and I can't keep up!

Another rent increase, seriously?! My landlord just slapped a $400 hike on my lease out of nowhere. How is anyone supposed to afford this? I’m at my wit's end trying to find a decent place without getting outbid in seconds. This market is insane!
