Dealing with a nightmare landlord in Kensington Market

I’m feeling completely stressed out with my landlord in Kensington Market. Non-stop issues with heating and water leaks since November, and no response from them! We're freezing here. Has anyone else dealt with this or have tips on how to handle a situation like this? Feeling super frustrated!
