Hey everyone! I'm looking into renting a 1 bedroom apartment in Toronto, preferably close to TTC subway lines for easy commuting. What is the average one bedroom price these days? How much should I expect to pay for a typical 1 bed rent? Any insights on 1BR costs would be appreciated!
