Weird moving fee? Is that a thing?

I just got a lease that says I have to pay a $200 'move-in fee' on top of the first month's rent. Is that normal? I thought the first month's rent was enough. What do landlords even use that fee for? I’m feeling a bit confused about whether this is standard practice or not.
