Is the Food Basics at Avenue Rd and Rayoak Dr still open?

I've been meaning to check in on the Food Basics at Avenue Rd and Rayoak Dr. It used to be my go-to for groceries. With all the changes happening around there, I hope it's still running. Anyone know what's up with it? Also, are there good rental options nearby?
