Is Roncy the next big thing in west Toronto?

I've been keeping an eye on Roncesvalles lately. The vibe is really welcoming, and with the new cafes popping up, it feels alive! Two-bedrooms seem to be on the pricier side though, creeping up to the $3,000 range. Anyone living there? Is it worth it?
