Need advice on subletting my Liberty Village apartment this winter

I'm looking to sublet my 1-bedroom in Liberty Village while I travel for work from February to April. What are the legal requirements I need to follow? Also, what's the best way to set the rent? I’m hoping to charge around $2,400 but don’t want it to be too high. Any tips?
