$2100 for 1BR in Queen Street East - fair deal or overpriced?

I found a 1BR apartment for $2100 in Queen Street East. It has a small balcony and is close to a subway station, but I'm worried that the price might be too high given the current market. Is this a good deal or am I missing something?
