Is the McDonald's at Lowther Ave and Forty Third St still there?

I've been wondering about the McDonald's at Lowther Ave and Forty Third St. It used to be a popular spot for late-night fries and coffee. Anyone know if it's still open or if anything has changed around that area recently? I'm curious about nearby rentals too!
