Is the Rexall at Park Blvd and Clarendon Ave still open?

I used to frequent the Rexall at Park Blvd and Clarendon Ave for all my pharmacy needs. I'm wondering if it's still open or if it closed down recently. I'm looking for a nearby rental and that store was super convenient for pick-ups.
