In-Unit Laundry or Gym: What Do You Guys Prefer?

I've been weighing the importance of having in-unit laundry versus access to gym facilities. For me, the convenience of washing clothes at home seems unbeatable, but a good gym can really make sticking to a fitness routine easier. What do you all think gives you more bang for your buck?
