Shocked by January heating costs – freezing in my apartment!

I can't believe my hydro bills exploded this month! It's so expensive to heat my place, and the draft from the windows is unbearable. I’m freezing, and I just don’t know how to stay warm without breaking the bank. Any tips on keeping costs down or better heating solutions? Winter is brutal!
