Price Check: $2200 for 1BR in The Junction - Fair Deal?

I found a 1BR for $2200 in The Junction and it has a balcony and in-unit laundry, but it also has no parking included. I’m new to Toronto and unsure if prices are climbing or if I'm overpaying. Someone tell me if this seems reasonable or a red flag!
