Is Leslieville worth moving to right now?

I've been checking out Leslieville lately, and I have to say, the vibe is amazing! So many cute cafes and parks, but I've noticed rent prices creeping up. Anyone else feel the same? Are there still good deals to be had or should I look elsewhere?
