Hi everyone! I'm considering moving to East York and I've seen a couple of one-bedrooms for around $1,800 to $2,000. I’m earning about $65,000 a year. Is that a reasonable price, or should I keep looking? Also, what are the neighborhood vibes like there, especially in winter? Thanks!
