Sick of Waiting for Repairs - This is Ridiculous!

My fridge has been leaking for weeks, and despite multiple requests, my landlord hasn't done a thing. The heating isn't working properly either, and it's getting cold! How can they expect us to pay premium rent and live like this? This is unacceptable for anyone who values comfort!
