Thinking of renting at 400 Avenue Rd - how's the commute?

I'm considering a move to 400 Avenue Rd and would love to hear from anyone who has lived there. I'm particularly interested in how accessible transit is from this location, especially regarding the TTC subway. Any insights on the building's amenities or what to expect would be great too!
