Feeling grateful for a great rental experience this winter!

Just want to share something positive! My heater broke during the cold snap, and my landlord was incredibly responsive. They had a technician out within hours to fix it. It's nice to know that not all landlords ignore urgent issues. Feeling warm and grateful today!
