Curious about the Junction's vibe and rent scene?

I've been noticing how quickly the Junction is changing lately. New bars and shops are popping up everywhere, which is great! But I'm also hearing about some hefty rent increases. Is it just me, or are landlords taking advantage of all the new buzz? Would love to hear from anyone living there!
