Confused about rent control in my Queen West building

I live in Queen West and just got a notice about a rent increase. I’ve heard some buildings are exempt from rent control, but I’m not sure if mine is. My rent is $2,200 for a one-bedroom. How can I find out if my building is rent-controlled? Any advice would be appreciated!
