Is the KFC at Gilbert Ave and Church St still around?

I've been craving KFC lately, and I used to love going to the one at Gilbert Ave and Church St. Is it still open? I've heard some changes around that area and wanted to see if it's worth a visit—especially since I know there are some rentals nearby!
