Need clarity on my lease terms regarding transit access

I recently signed a lease for an apartment near the subway, but I'm unsure about a clause regarding maintenance. If my transit access gets disrupted due to repairs, what are my rights? Can I ask for a reduction in rent? Would love to hear from anyone familiar with tenant rights in these situations!
