As a first-time renter in Toronto, I'm feeling a bit anxious about signing my lease. Can anyone clarify what the standard lease terms are under the Ontario RTA? Specifically, I'm unsure about minimum lease lengths and if I can opt for a month-to-month agreement. Thanks!
