Curious About Pre-Con Rentals but Wary of Risks

I'm excited about the prospect of renting a pre-construction condo in Toronto, but I have some reservations. How much does parking usually add to the month-to-month rent? Also, I've heard about construction delays—what are the risks associated with renting somewhere that isn't completed yet?
