Talk me into this leasing decision - $2200 for a 1BR in the city

I'm considering signing a lease for a $2200 one-bedroom apartment in the city, but I'm torn. It has great amenities and is super close to work, but it's a bit expensive for my budget. I could also find something cheaper farther out. Should I go for it or hold off for a better deal? Help me decide!
