Hey everyone, I’m looking at a 1-bedroom in Leslieville for $2200, and I’m not sure if that’s a fair price. It seems a bit high for the area, especially with winter coming and a cost of living crunch. Would really appreciate thoughts on this price or tips for negotiating! Thanks!
