Hear me out: Downtown Toronto may offer convenience, but for the price you're paying—$2500 for a shoebox—you could get a spacious one-bedroom in the suburbs with a balcony and actual green space. Plus, the commute isn't as bad as people make it out to be. Fight me on this!
