Need advice: Landlord wants to sell condo I'm renting - options?

My landlord has informed me they plan to sell the condo I'm renting in 3 months. I've got 9 months left on my lease. I'm worried about my rights and if I can stay during the selling process. Has anyone been through this? What are my options?
