Confused about LTB process, need guidance!

I've recently found myself tangled in the LTB process and honestly, I'm quite unsure about how to navigate the T2/T6 forms. Each step seems complicated, but I'm determined to fight for my rights as a tenant. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on preparing for a hearing or finding resources?
