What's up with the McDonald's at Logan Ave and Wilson Heights Blvd?

I've been hearing some buzz around the McDonald's at Logan Ave and Wilson Heights Blvd and I'm curious if it’s still open. Anyone know if it’s still there? I used to love grabbing a quick bite there after work. Also, I've noticed the neighborhood seems busier lately; any changes worth mentioning?
