Is the Coffee shop at Clinton St and Hotspur Rd still open?

I used to love grabbing my morning coffee at the Coffee shop at Clinton St and Hotspur Rd. I've been meaning to stop by, but I haven't seen anyone there lately. Does anyone know if it's still open, or did it close down? It would be a shame to lose such a cozy spot.
