Living with the Sound: A Noise Dilemma

I've been dealing with quite a bit of noise in my apartment lately. From loud neighbors to constant street traffic and ongoing construction, it's becoming hard to enjoy my space. Is there anything I can do about this? Would soundproofing be a viable solution? Looking for some advice!
