I'm considering a $1300 lease for a 2-bedroom in a shared house near campus transit. Pros include affordability and a 10-minute commute. However, I'm worried about roommate compatibility and shared costs. I need to know if I should take the plunge or keep looking for a better fit! Help me decide!
