Need clarity on utility costs in Liberty Village rentals

I’m looking at a place in Liberty Village for around $2400/month, but I’m confused about what utility costs I might be responsible for. Does anyone know if heat and water are usually included in rent, or will I have to pay separately? I don’t want any surprises once I move in!
