I’ve been looking at the rental scene in The Beaches lately. It seems like a tight market with some great spots if you can snag them. Love the vibe near the lake, but what’s the deal with parking? Also, anyone noticed how the shops and cafes have been sprucing up? Looks promising for empty nesters!
