Frustrated with Ignored Repair Requests — Enough is Enough!

I've been living with a leaky faucet for over two months now. I’ve called my landlord multiple times, but all I get are empty promises. The heating is spotty, and I feel like I'm living in the Stone Age! Why is it so hard to get basic repairs done? It's incredibly frustrating to live like this!
