Help me decide: $2300 one-bedroom in North York vs. $2100 studio downtown

I'm torn between a $2300 one-bedroom in North York and a $2100 studio downtown. The North York place is bigger and quieter, but the downtown studio is close to transit and nightlife. I need to be close to work but also want space for my things. What should I do?
