Need advice on rental prices in Yorkville for 1-bedroom units

I'm considering moving to Yorkville and found a 1-bedroom apartment listed for $2800. Is that reasonable for the area? I’ve heard mixed reviews about average rents in Yorkville. Would love to hear from anyone who's recently rented here. Any insights on this would be greatly appreciated!
