Is moving to Mississauga a good idea for pet owners?

I'm really conflicted about leaving Toronto for Mississauga. It seems like a lot of people say Mississauga is better for finding pet-friendly rentals, but I'm not sure if the move would really be worth it. What are the pros and cons? Do the savings justify such a big change?
