Seeking Guidance on Eviction Notice and Tenant Rights

I'm really stressed about my upcoming lease expiration and the threat of eviction. I've heard about N12 forms and want to know more about my rights as a tenant in Ontario. Are there illegal eviction practices? Any advice or resources for dealing with this would be immensely helpful!
