Comparing All-Inclusive Rentals vs. Separate Utilities Costs

I'm looking at apartments in Toronto and weighing all-inclusive rent against separate utility costs, especially parking. How much does parking generally add to rent? Also, for all-inclusive, are there caps on internet and utilities? I'd love to hear about your experiences and calculations!
