Struggling to find pet-friendly rentals after separation

Just went through a separation and need to find a new place fast. My pet is my priority, but I'm struggling to find pet-friendly rentals in my area. I could really use any advice on neighborhoods that are more accepting of pets or tips for securing a pet-friendly lease.
