Can a landlord enter without notice in Toronto during winter?

I'm worried about my landlord entering my unit during these cold winter months. With privacy being a concern, I want to know what the legal requirements are for notice before they can come into my apartment. Are there specific conditions during winter that allow them to enter without permission?
