Upstairs Neighbor's Noise - Need Solutions!

My upstairs neighbor seems to be running a bowling alley at 3 AM every night. The noise is driving me crazy and affecting my sleep. I've considered talking to them directly, but I'm not sure if that will help. Anyone have tips on how to address this situation constructively?
