Moving Day Blues: Elevator and Parking Headaches

So, I'm gearing up for moving day in Toronto and I'm just overwhelmed by the building rules. Has anyone else struggled with booking the elevator in advance? Plus, there are move-in fees on top of all this. Any tips on timing or parking for moving trucks would be so helpful!
