Help me decide - Downtown 1BR vs Yorkville studio for 3 months

I'm torn between a $2200 1BR Downtown and a $2500 studio in Yorkville for a 3-6 month rental. The Downtown place is more spacious but farther from work, while Yorkville is chic but pricey. I need a short commute for my temporary job, so which should I choose?
