Need clarity on winter utility costs for rentals in East York

I'm considering a rental in East York for around $2200 a month. Can anyone tell me what typical utilities (heating, hydro, water) are usually included in rent, and what I might have to pay separately during the winter months? Just trying to budget properly for my first place in Toronto!
