Need help escaping my lease before it’s too late!

I'm really stressed trying to figure out how to get out of my lease early in Toronto. I might have to leave due to personal reasons, and I’m confused about my options. Can I sublet my apartment? What are the N11 agreements, and how do I avoid penalties? Hoping for any advice!
